Firstly, we need to understand the purpose or function of adjusting the amplitude. The amplitude adjustment of ultrasonic vibrating screen is related to the output and accuracy of material screening. The amplitude can be adjusted in 3 states from low to high.

1. Low amplitude: It is mainly used for materials with heavy specific gravity and good fluidity. It is not necessary to let the materials jump very high;

2. Medium amplitude: it is mainly applied to the screening of general materials, which can not only prevent the materials from blocking the screen but also prevent the materials from jumping very high;

3. High amplitude: It is mainly applied to materials with light specific gravity, high viscosity, static electricity, etc., so that the materials do not stick together, and the high amplitude of ultrasonic waves breaks up the materials, which is more conducive to the screening of materials.

The eccentric block adjustment of ultrasonic vibrating screen

1. The weight of the eccentric block: increasing the weight of the eccentric block (increasing the sub-eccentric weight) can increase the amplitude of the ultrasonic vibrating screen, the lower eccentric block controls the up and down amplitude of the screen machine, and the upper eccentric block controls the left and right amplitude of the screen machine;

2. The angle of the eccentric block: Adjusting the angle of the eccentric block can control the running track of the material on the screen.
