Rotary Cylinder Dryer

The drum dryer is a rotating continuous drying equipment with internal heating. A layer of material film forms on the drum's surface from the liquid feed beneath it. Heat is transferred through pipes to the cylinder's internal wall, then to the external wall and the material film, evaporating its moisture and drying the material. The dried product is scraped off by blades on the cylinder's surface, falls onto a spiral conveyor beneath, and is then conveyed, collected, and packaged.
